About Us
CareTech Community Housing provides a safe, stable residential environment for those in need of supportive housing. Our goal is to help residents regain their independence and reintegrate into the community through a holistic approach that addresses their individual needs.
We offer residential housing and support services for veterans, seniors, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and sober independent living.
Our highly trained staff helps residents develop essential life skills, maintain personal hygiene, manage medications, and connect with community resources. We provide nutritious meals, assistance with housekeeping and laundry, transportation to medical appointments and other off-site services (some services are site specific).
We take a person-centered approach, where each resident works closely with a house/case manager to develop an individualized service plan. This plan identifies goals and the steps needed to achieve them, from finding employment to developing social skills and hobbies. Our goal is to help residents achieve their highest level of independence and community integration.
We strive to create a safe, welcoming community where residents can regain hope and rebuild their lives. Our staff members treat each resident with dignity and respect, recognizing that with the right support and opportunities, everyone can succeed.
